Here's how it will work:

  1. Before the 5th of each month, we will email you that month's contest/drawing rules, along with a link to pay the $25 funding fee.  
     

  2. ​Submit your tenants' first and last names before the 15th of each month.
     

  3. Each of your tenants will be assigned a unique number for their privacy. Example: T9081.
     

  4. We will conduct online drawings on the 20th of each month.
     

  5. We will email the results to each landlord on or before the 25th of each month.
     

  6. The winner will be awarded $1,500, which they may use for any purpose they choose. 
     

  7. Please note that we will retain 15% of funds received to cover our costs.

Question: Is this legal?

Answer: Yes. Because tenants pay nothing to be entered into the drawings, our drawings are legal in all 50 states. The drawings are 100% funded by landlords.

To join, simply email us your name and contact number. We will then assign you a unique Landlord Number. This number, coupled with your tenants' unique numbers will be entered into the drawings. Example: L1234-T9081
